This is the best way to start your day. Not every time banana or yoghurt smoothie. Sometimes, you need to keep it healthy. Here we have; cucumber, baby spinach, ginger, lemon juice and green apples. The apple is to give it a sweet taste but you can add a sweeter fruit. Who want to some?
Ingredients
- 50 g baby spinach
- 1 pc green apples
- 1 pc cucumber
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pc ginger
- 1 bunch mint leaves
Method
- Wash all the fruits and vegetables. Set aside
- Slice the cucumber and apples for easy blending
- Add all the ingredients (except lemon) into a smoothie blender
- Add some lemon juice and blend again.
