This meal took exactly 1 hour to prepare and the result = magnificent! marinating the pork was a great idea as it turned out just fine. We added some chicken broth to the rice and this gave it a very different taste. The meal requires no extra effort.
360 g pork (boneless)
2 cups rice
4 tbs vegetable oil
1 can mixed vegetables
1 pc pepper
2 tbs soy sauce
2 pcs egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 stock cube
Wash and cook the rice and set aside
Marinate the pork with stock cubes and salt for in the fridge for about 30 minutes
Pour the oil in a large skillet. Stir fry for about 2 minutes or until slightly brown and set aside
Pour the rice into the large skillet for about 2 minutes. Stir in some chicken broth and soy sauce. Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add the eggs. Stir egg gently until well cooked, about 2 minutes
Add pork and vegetables. Mix all together. Add remaining seasoning cube and salt (if necessary).
